Rural Tourism in Ogassa, Ripollès region
Can Camps is a rural and forest cottage situated in the area of the Pre-pyrenees, in the town of Ogassa, Ripollès. At 1150 metres, under the Puig Estela’s vertical in the Cavallera Range, it is placed 800 metres from the centre of Ogassa and 5 km from Sant Joan de les Abadesses.
The building dates from the19th. century and was part of the building ensemble in the Surroca-Ogassa’s coal mines and it has currently been remodeled into three private accomodations (country houses).
The House
In the heart of Serra Cavallera, surrounded by vast forests, stands the Can Camps complex.
The barn of the restored farmhouse has a total capacity of 16–20 people, distributed across three independent accommodation units. Two of these have a capacity for 4–5 people each, while the third has a capacity for 8–10 people.
The house is easily accessible via a paved road and offers free private parking.
Enjoy the spacious garden area, featuring outdoor tables and a barbecue area.
